CSR Communications brought in a whole new set of creative tools and strategies that increased the Kosovo American Education Fund fundraising potential. At the same time, it clearly mapped fundraising limitations. The work of the CSR Communications team allowed us to build consensus internally and with the original donor. We particularly valued Nancy and her colleagues’ profound understanding of the complexities and sensitivities of this endeavor and the flexibility and resourcefulness they brought to bear on finding workable solutions. African Wildlife Foundation (AWF) was at ground zero when we first started working with CSR Communications. We had no corporate philanthropy at that point and there were a few cause marketing deals. Nancy was brought in to do a full evaluation for potential and where we could take the program.
